Orkin Establishes Franchise in Uruguay

ATLANTA - April 3, 2014 // PRNewswire // - Rollins Inc., a leading consumer services company (NYSE: ROL), announced today that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Orkin, established a franchise in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Orkin Uruguay will offer commercial and residential pest control and termite services.

"This is a great opportunity for Orkin to bring our science-based services to a new country and provide customers in Uruguay with Orkin's customized pest control approach."

The franchise owner, Horatio Rivera, will convert his existing pest control business to Orkin to take advantage of the strong Orkin brand.

Mr. Rivera will travel to Atlanta, Orkin's U.S. headquarters, for initial training at the company's award-winning training center in May.
