GNC Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH - April 30, 2014// PRNewswire // - The Board of Directors of GNC Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") authorized and declared the quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2014 of $0.16 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about June 27, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 13, 2014.
