The Little Gym Wins National Award for Franchisee Satisfaction

Houston, Texas (PRWEB) May 02, 2014 - The Franchise Business Review recently awarded The Little Gym with the 2014 Franchisee Satisfaction Award. This award was determined after the independent market research firm reviewed the business’s performance and operations.

The Little Gym is an international franchise and is the premier physical development and experiential learning center in the world. It focuses on assisting children from ages 4 months to 12 years by offering gymnastics, karate, dance and other activities. By performing the survey, the Franchise Business Review analyzed the company’s strength as a franchise, its core values and how much the owners’ enjoy being a part of the business. The firm also considered the business’s training and support for child services, as well as general satisfaction.

The franchise owners of The Little Gym also gave the company high scores for creativity, innovation and for the quality of its services. This is because each franchise owner receives age-appropriate and highly developed curriculums, as well as an extensive collection of proprietary music, videos, detailed lesson plans and teaching aids.

"The Little Gym carefully structures its programs so that children can enjoy the benefits of non-competitive activities. We focus on creating a nurturing environment where children can learn and practice new skills, and we help them improve retention, cooperation, comprehension and other social skills. The Little Gym was established in 1976 and began franchising in 1992. There are now 294 chains that stretch across 28 countries around the world, and the company is a leader in its field. The Houston-area has ten locations.

The Franchise Business Review has spent the last nine years surveying over 100,000 franchise owners from hundreds of leading companies. In order to participate in the surveys, the franchisees must have been in business for at least three months.

More than one-third of the franchise owners from The Little Gym International took part in the survey. The questions covered system communication, business lifestyle, financial opportunity, training, support and franchise/franchisee relations.
