For over two decades, Lee has been an award-winning salesperson and broker, managing both large franchised companies and small boutique firms. He is a nationally-recognized speaker who has presented at numerous National Association of Realtor® and California Association of Realtor® conventions and for real estate franchises around the world.
Lee is also the author of eight books including, "Selling to Multicultural Real Estate Clients," "Black Belt Negotiating" and "111 Ways to Justify Your Commission." He earned a master’s degree in business from Golden Gate University, and this summer will be awarded a doctorate degree in business also from Golden Gate.
