Any mom who gives birth on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11, 2014 can email a copy of her baby's birth certificate to DairyQueen@piersongrant.com by noon Eastern Time on Saturday, May 31, 2014 to receive a gift card for a free DQ Cake. Requests must include the mother's full name, email, phone number and complete mailing address. Many Blizzard® Treat flavors, including the May Blizzard of the Month, Strawberry Shortcake, can easily be made into DQ Cakes.
