Business Owner Kamleshkumar Patel to Introduce Expanded Concept at Destiny USA

Now Patel is about to embark on a fresh business adventure and treat customers to a whole new Red Mango experience.

After a lot of research into the frozen yogurt and smoothie industry, Patel decided that Red Mango Yogurt Café had the best products for customers to enjoy while walking around the mall or taking a break from shopping. But Patel will be serving a lot more than the award-winning frozen yogurt at his location. He will also enter the growing $5 billion juicing industry at the same time, as he opens one of the first Red Mango Yogurt Café & Juice Bar locations in Syracuse, N.Y.

Patel's location will open in Summer of 2014 at 306 Hiawatha Boulevard West inside the Destiny USA shopping center on the second level. The expanded concept, which Red Mango is rolling out nationwide, will serve fresh cold-squeezed juices and healthy cafe meals under 500 calories in addition to the frozen yogurt, fresh smoothies, and parfaits that have made Red Mango famous.

With the help of family members running the daily operations of the shop, Patel hopes to bring mall guests a place to experience healthy foods in a fun atmosphere. Patel also plans to open another Red Mango Yogurt Café & Juice Bar location later this year.
