United Country – Jelliff Auction Group to Conduct Multi-Property Event June 12

Marcellus, Utica Shale Investment Land, Mineral Rights to Sell at Public Auction

Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) May 14, 2014 - Qualified buyers will have the opportunity to purchase investment land in Tioga and Bradford counties, Penn., at a live auction to be held on Thursday June 12. The event will feature three separate properties totaling roughly 71 acres, a home and oil, gas and mineral rights.

The live auction event will be conducted by United Country – Jelliff Auction Group of Tioga, Penn., and will take place at Microtel Inn & Suites located at 90 Dorsett Heights in Mansfield, Penn. Registration for the event will begin at 10 a.m., and a geologic presentation for each property will begin at 11 a.m. EDT with the auction commencing immediately after.

"Buyers will have a unique opportunity to purchase one or all three of these beautiful Pennsylvania properties with valuable mineral rights at this specially held auction," said Randy Jelliff, auctioneer with United Country – Jelliff Auction Group.

Lot #1 is located in Tioga, Penn., and features approximately 14.22 acres, a small horse/beef barn, fenced pasture and two-bedroom, two-bath post and beam home in a country mountain setting on a township road. The property is unitized into the SWEPI Butler production unit. It is not producing yet. OGM’s convey subject to existing Shell lease.

Lot #2 rests in Richmond Township, Penn., and consists of roughly 12.54 commercially zoned acres near Rte. 6/Rte. 15 (I-99) interchange in the Marcellus shale gas play area with great highway exposure. It has municipal water and is currently generating income from two mobile homes. OGM’s convey subject to remainder of existing Shell lease.

Lot #3 – in Canton, Penn. – is about 45 acres and has an abandoned farm house and frontage on both sides of Seeley farm Road. It too is located in good gas production area and is selling subject to remainder of Fortuna (Talisman) lease.

"These properties lie in some solid, proven, gas production areas," Jelliff said. "An investor should not pass on this opportunity to add lucrative real estate and mineral holdings to their portfolio."
