HOUSTON - May 16, 2014 // PRNewswire // - Rockin' Jump - the most exciting indoor trampoline park brand - is celebrating a new franchise agreement for the Houston, TX market. The franchise will be owned by Mother/Daughter team Mary Reardon and Steffanie Campbell, who are also both United States Air Force veterans.
Achieving success with their corporate locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rockin' Jump began selling franchises in June of 2013. Their first franchise location opened in May 2014 in Trumbull, CT. The new Houston agreement will bring the total number of franchise units signed to 18 with another five units in the final stages of negotiation. Rockin' Jump is also excited that an additional five to seven locations are expected to open this year.
The franchise co-owners are excited to bring this franchise location to Texas. "Houston is a big city, with many, many families looking for quality, active entertainment for their kids. I'd been thinking about buying into a franchise for over 6 years. When I attended the Franchise Expo in Houston this past February, I simply happened upon Rockin' Jump's booth. Their brand really drew my attention and the business model was very appealing. After visiting Rockin' Jump in California and meeting their team, all of whom were so personable, approachable & enthusiastic, I realized I needed to take the leap and go for it," said Mary Reardon.

The facility will have several jumping areas, including a trampoline dodgeball court, and a Rockin' Dunk zone where you can do basketball slam-dunks. Another area will feature a massive foam pit, where you can launch yourself into a pool of foam cubes. There will be a huge open jump area where jumpers will be able to bounce freely - featuring some 40 trampolines, including trampolines that literally will allow jumpers to bounce off the walls. And their indoor trampoline park will have multiple private party rooms, as they anticipate being a major destination for kids' birthday parties.
"Steffanie and I are active in our local communities – she with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and I as a monthly contributor to the Wounded Warrior Project. We are both also very physically active, running weekly and participating in marathons. Rockin' Jump's marketing and operations program will give us an opportunity to promote healthy lifestyles while also giving back to our local community. We will host fundraising events and plan to sponsor many local kids' & community groups," Reardon said.
The new franchise owners are planning to have their trampoline park open by late 3rd Quarter, 2014.
