Weichert, Realtors® - Hallmark Properties Earns Franchise Organization's 'Pinnacle' Award as Tops in the Nation

Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) May 21, 2014 - Weichert, Realtors® - Hallmark Properties President/Broker/Owner Steve Pilchick and Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Senior Vice President Bill Scott were on stage together for the ninth year in a row, holding the Orlando based company's "2013 Pinnacle Award." The traditional spring event, held May 6 in Orlando, also honored agents from the central/south Florida's 18 offices who "rose to the top in 2013," Scott said.

Pilchick accepted the franchise organization's crystal engraved trophy no. 9 in behalf of the Florida agency's unbroken record as tops in the nation of Weichert Affiliates in 37 states. The 18-office company has won the top spot consistently since joining Weichert by achieving the greatest annual GCI (Gross Commission Income).

"Is this getting boring? Not a bit!" Pilchick said, as he credited "the drive and loyalty expressed by our agents and staff members to the business of real estate and to our clients. Scott, who introduced Pilchick to the Weichert network in 2005, commented as well.
