Red Lion Hotels Signs New Franchise Agreement for Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick

SPOKANE, WA - May 7, 2014 // GLOBE NEWSWIRE // - Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE:RLH) announced today its franchise hotel, the Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick, was recently sold and the new owner has entered into a franchise agreement to continue to operate the hotel under the brand. As part of the franchise agreement, the new owner will add improvements to the property including a new fitness center. The 61-room property, located at 602 North Young Street, opened in March 2013 as the Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick, Washington. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, serves complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi to its guests, and is within walking distance to Three Rivers Convention Center and the Toyota Center.
