The four-story hotel is the fourth Homewood Suites property in the Charlotte area and features 117 suites. The hotel is owned by Tara of Ballantyne, LLC, and managed by Tara Hospitality Group. Kevin Paden, general manager, and Tricia Croce, sales and marketing director, have been in the hotel industry for a combined 31 years.
