Holistic Care Encouraged at Hospital in Partnership with AlignLife of Winamac

How can an x-ray tech at a chiropractic office help a hospital focus on more natural ways of health care for a hospital? It all starts with dialogue.

Winamac, IN (PRWEB) May 31, 2014 - X-ray tech and office coordinator Tanelle Rankin is helping a hospital take a look at the ways they can improve their care. More specifically, she is offering suggestions on how to improve it by focusing on how it can be more holistic.

"So many people are dying of properly prescribed medications that anything I can do to promote natural health, I am going to do," Rankin, who works at AlignLife of Winamac, Ind., said.

A group of new moms was organized by Lacatation Consultant Jacinta Langlee at Logansport Memorial Hospital, (Ind.) and focuses primarily on pregnancy issues like smoking cessation.

"I feel like it's important for them to look at every aspect of the care they are providing to make it more holistic," Rankin said. "So, greening their cleaning would be a good way to start."

Rankin's said her experience at AlignLife, a chiropractic and natural health care center, has helped her build on her already natural approach to her own health: "I have definitely learned a lot by working here and things only can improve by talking about them. Many people just don't know that they have more natural options to help them."
