Hyatt Announces Timing of Second Quarter 2014 Earnings Release and Investor Conference Call

June 27, 2014 // Franchising.com // CHICAGO – Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt" or the "Company") (NYSE: H) announced today that it will release second quarter 2014 financial results on Thursday, July 31, 2014, before the stock market opens.

Hyatt management will host an investor conference call at 10:30 a.m. CT to discuss financial results and business outlook. The Company requests that questions be submitted via email to earnings@hyatt.com by 9:00 a.m. CT. Hyatt management will read and respond to as many submitted questions as possible. The Company will host a live Q&A session towards the end of the call.

All interested persons may listen to a simultaneous webcast of the conference call, which may be accessed through the Company's website at www.hyatt.com and selecting the Investor Relations link located at the bottom of the page, or by dialing 617.614.4909, passcode #21721745, approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. For those unable to listen to the live broadcast, a replay will be available from 1:00 p.m. CT on July 31, 2014 through August 1, 2014 at midnight by dialing 617.801.6888, passcode #82589306. Additionally, an archive of the webcast will be available on the Company's website for approximately 90 days.
