Fresh Healthy Vending International, Inc. Reports Highest Monthly Bookings Since September 2012

Leading Healthy Vending Franchisor Closes June with Bookings of 124 Machines from Nine New and Two Current Franchisees

SAN DIEGO - July 02, 2014 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Fresh Healthy Vending International, Inc. (OTC Markets: VEND), North America's leading healthy vending franchisor, concluded June with the addition of nine newly appointed franchisees and 124 machines booked to deferred revenue. June's machine bookings marked the highest total for the Company since September 2012.

The 124 machines, representing approximately $1,248,500 in anticipated revenue, were committed by nine new franchisees, aggregating 117 machines, and two current franchisees, adding the balance of seven machines.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2014, the Company booked 254 machines representing approximately $2,613,850 in deferred revenue. This compares to 87 machines and $908,850 in deferred revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.
