HARMAN designs, manufactures, and markets a wide range of infotainment, audio, video and lighting solutions for the automotive, consumer, professional and enterprise markets. The acquisition of Yurbuds, the U.S. market leader in sports headphones, is expected to leverage the technologies, brands and distribution systems of both organizations to develop the next generation of headphones designed specifically for athletes.

The Wiggin and Dana acquisition team was led by corporate partner Bill Perrone and included executive compensation partner Sherry Dominick and tax partner Peter Gruen, along with corporate attorneys Evan Kipperman, Jonathan Medalsy and Cheryl Wawrzonkiewicz.
