Noel J. Davies Speaks at Meeting of the Building Owners and Managers Association

Davies, an attorney in Roetzel's Fort Myers office, is set to speak before the membership of the Southwest Florida Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) at the group's monthly luncheon meeting at the Strand Country Club in Naples, Florida.

Mr. Davies' topic is entitled “Your Carrier Denied Your Insurance Claim: Now What? Legal Strategies and Case Law Update.” Davies' program is in keeping with BOMA's mission to provide its membership with information, education and programs that enhance the knowledge and professionalism of its members.

Noel J. Davies is a member of Roetzel's Real Estate Practice Group. Davies, a Southwest Florida native, focuses his practice on zoning and land use matters, as well as commercial litigation. Prior to joining Roetzel, Davies was a litigator in Chicago, where his practice involved the representation of clients throughout the United States in first party and commercial general liability insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, broker and producer liability, and construction defect litigation. Davies is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Illinois. He earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, cum laude, where he served as research assistant to Dean Donald J. Weidner, was a member of the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law, and was vice president of the Dispute Resolution Society. Prior to law, Davies was an international concert pianist with performances in Ireland, Spain, China, and throughout North America. He earned his B.M., cum laude, from the University of Florida in Piano Performance and pursued graduate studies at the Royal Irish Academy of Music with internationally acclaimed concert pianist, John O'Conor.
