Renters Warehouse USA Signs Four New Franchises

Minnetonka, Minnesota (PRWEB) July 09, 2014 - It was announced today that Renters Warehouse USA signed four new franchises to their company name. Franchises will soon be opening in Tucson, Arizona, Frisco, Texas, Des Moines, Iowa and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Renters Warehouse USA is very pleased to extend their client base by having new franchises across the nation to add to their property management services.

The franchises, which are all expected to open in the near future, will bring countless clients to Renters Warehouse. As the company continues to expand across America, they see interest from potential landlords every day. With the opportunity to buy-to-rent because of low housing prices, the time to become a landlord is now. People who have wanted to become landlords, have recently jumped on the inexpensive housing prices and are now renting their properties through Renters Warehouse.

Michael Park will take the helm in the Frisco Area of Dallas and represent the Renters Warehouse brand in a flourishing community within the North Dallas area. Brad Neal and Chris Harlan will take the reins in Des Moines, Iowa. Taking ownership in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be Tom Didier and Andrew Noegel.

Under the ownership of the Phoenix, Arizona based franchise, Kevin Ortner and Donovan Reese have just topped the milestone of 1,000 properties under their management portfolio. They plan to use this momentum in the opening of their newest franchise in Tucson.
