Foresters, Timber Specialists Joining International Real Estate Firm
July 10, 2014 // Franchising.com // KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Country affiliates from across the nation attended and supported the 2014 Association of Consulting Foresters National Conference in Savannah, Ga., June 21 through 24. United Country Real Estate, the largest national traditional and auction, lifestyle and rural real estate company, was a proud co-sponsor one of the receptions and participated in the exhibitors expo to share the lifestyle firm’s story with attendees.

In the past six months nearly 20 foresters from all across the U.S. have joined forces with United Country as an agent in one of the firm’s existing offices while several others have elected to join by owning their own franchise. One recent example is PETERS Forest Resources, Inc., a company that has provided forestry consulting and appraisal services to clients for more than 30 years before joining the United Country team to offer real estate sales as well.
"For some time, we have felt we could leverage our expertise in forestry, timberland and recreational property management to build a strong rural real estate brokerage business.
