Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers is Now Open in Lafayette, Louisiana

The owners of this location, Todd Moffatt and William Maisano, are excited about bringing Mellow Mushroom to Lafayette, in which they have some history themselves - their college Alma Mater from University of Lafayette is there. “Between the amazing food, beverage selection and unique environment, we felt that the community of Lafayette was in need of something fun and different," states Maisano.

The menu features a variety of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones and appetizers, using only the highest quality of ingredients. Options for vegetarians, vegans, kids and those on a gluten free plan are also available.

Psychedelic colored piano keys with backlit LED lights hang from the rafters throughout the main dining area followed by illuminated snare drums used as pendent lights. There is even a flock of flying guitars suspended from the ceiling. The back wall sports an LED backlit mural that changes colors continuously throughout the dining experience.
