Property Management Company Hits Milestone with 35 Franchise Locations Nationwide

July 24, 2014 // Franchising.com // ST PETERSBURG, Fla. – All County® Property Management continues to expand its number of available franchise locations nationwide and recently acquired its 35th location. The company gained its first franchise five years ago.

All County® Property Management opened in 1990 with its headquarter location in St. Petersburg. Its mission is to ensure that every property owner has an honest and competent professional to manage their most valuable asset.

The franchise locations stretch across the country and include fourteen in Florida, six in California, two in Georgia, two in Colorado, Arizona and Texas, and one each in Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New York, and Pennsylvania. The business models have been such a success, that a number of franchisees also own multiple locations. All County® continues to grow, averaging 10 new locations annually over the last two years.
