The four-story hotel is the first Homewood Suites property in the Charlottesville area and features 150 suites. The hotel is owned by Albemarle Suites, LLC, and managed by Heritage Hospitality Management, Inc. Tim Fitzgerald, general manager, and Amber Kemper, director of sales, have been in the hotel industry for a combined 45 years.
