Inaugural Art Inspired by Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies' Upcoming Film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, in Theaters August 8th

July 30, 2014 // Franchising.com //

What:

The Alamo Drafthouse is excited to announce the launch of their new art program The Premiere Project. Positioned along the exterior wall of the Alamo Drafthouse Slaughter Lane Theater, the giant space serves as a 40' tall x 75' wide canvas celebrating the fusion of film and art. To launch the program and celebrate the new film releasing August 8th, Alamo Drafthouse and Paramount Pictures have selected local artist Mike Johnston, also known as TRUTH, to transform the MoPac freeway-facing wall into a tribute to the world famous heroes in a half shell, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The project will be completed by the end of July.
