Fitness on the Go's Rewards Program Helps Clients Reach Their Goals

These small rewards that the clients earn by completing their homework actually provides positive reassurance, accomplishment and happiness to the individual." The part of the brain that contributes to positive emotions is the amygdala and is the centre for processing positive reward, so it is true that each time a client earns rewards, it does create a positive, happy emotion.

Fitness on the Go has been able to notice a significant increase on the number of clients who reached their goals in a defined time period. They have noticed almost a 15% increase in clients reaching their fitness goals since the addition of the rewards points system over the last 12 months.
