Led by Itoro Etuks and Dr. Victor Okeh, VIP WeightLoss Company will be in charge of selling franchises, as well as providing initial and ongoing support to the franchisees who operate within its territory. With a combined population of about two million, the agreement covers the cities of Houston, Katy, Richmond, Sugar Land and The Woodlands, among others.

A serial entrepreneur, Etuks has more than 14 years of experience in franchise operation, business management and finance. He has been the visionary and operator of multiple services and product offerings, ranging from technology and healthcare to tax and finance. Most recently, he operated multiple franchise locations for Liberty Tax Service in Miami, Florida, and served as president of Aviation Training Systems, assisting with the management of trainees at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Broward College's Aviation Institute.

A board certified internal medicine physician, Okeh is the co-founder of Hara Global LLC, a healthcare advocacy, research and advisory firm that assists individuals around the globe in obtaining the best healthcare-related services. He also has vast clinical experience working with patients across the country and has seen first-hand the physical and emotional toll that obesity —and obesity-related diseases - takes on many of them.
