FaegreBD Represents Hormel Foods in Acquiring Muscle Milk®

August 13, 2014 // Franchising.com // Minneapolis - Faegre Baker Daniels represented Hormel Foods Corporation in the $450 million purchase of CytoSport Holdings, Inc., the maker of Muscle Milk® products. Hormel entered into a definitive agreement on June 30, and the closing was announced August 12.

FaegreBD's Mike Stanchfield, Ryan Miske and Adam Hertzke were principal attorneys serving as counsel to Hormel's in-house transaction team led by Mike Clausman.
