Hoffman is a partner in Taft's Business & Finance group. She serves on the board of trustees for the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, is a Cincinnati Ballet board member, and is a member of the Cincinnati Zoo Ambassador Council.
