Massage Envy Spa Eclipses Business Milestone that Only 2.4 Percent of Franchise Brands Reach

Leading Massage Therapy Franchise Celebrates 1,000th Center Opening in Exton, Pa.

This milestone comes on the heels of significant growth for the 12-year-old brand, including reaching $1 billion in system-wide sales at the end of 2013.

Contributing to Massage Envy Spa's success, the company recently expanded into Alaska, Montana and West Virginia, providing a pathway to wellness in 49 states across the country. Additionally, Massage Envy Spa has opened 59 new clinics, signed 33 new franchise agreements and is on track to open 112 locations by year-end.

A grand opening event and ribbon-cutting ceremony is being held today at Massage Envy Spa's 1,000th clinic in Exton between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Guests can choose from a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Hot Stone Envy® and Geriatric. Other services, such as Aroma Therapy, Sugar Foot Scrub Therapy and Deep Muscle Therapy, can be added to any massage to enhance the experience.
