Fast-Casual Sushi Rollin' into New Jersey This Year

August 19, 2014 // Franchising.com // HAMILTON, New Jersey - Creative Asian kitchen and custom sushi shop, How Do You Roll?, is slated to open its newest location in the Shoppes at Hamilton shopping center. The franchisee, Tristate Rolls II LLC, will open its doors in December, giving locals an opportunity to design their sushi rolls in ten minutes or less for a reasonable price.

"We have had a continued focus on the major metropolitan cities who have a diverse community and a desire for fresh and unique sushi inspired cuisine," said CEO Yuen Yung. "I am eager to spread our mission 'Making the world better, one stomach at a time' with the Hamilton community."

How Do You Roll? offers a modern twist to the traditional Japanese cuisine. Consumers build their own sushi rolls by choosing from many unique ingredient choices. Newcomers to sushi, and those who shy away from raw fish, will be surprised to find choices such as chicken and beef, whereas sushi aficionados can enjoy more typical sushi options. How Do You Roll? also offers gluten-free and vegetarian ingredients in addition to a full menu including appetizers, salads, noodle bowls and deserts.

The first fast casual sushi chain seeks to expand its regional presence in central and south Texas. How Do You Roll? is also expanding nationally in cities such as Fort Myers and New York. Restaurants in Western Canada and the Middle East are expected to open in 2015.
