Inspired by flavors from America's East, Gulf and West Coasts, each combination platter starts with six ounces of cooked-to-order, fresh tri tip steak. Then, guests decide how to complement the beef to satisfy their appetites.

• Steak with crispy Malibu Chicken topped with ham and melted Swiss cheese is a nod to the West Coast.
• From the East Coast comes Steak and Shrimp Scampi Linguine, featuring Sizzler's classic steak with a dish of sautéed shrimp in a creamy garlic lemon sauce on a bed of linguine.
• New Steak and Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders hails from the Gulf Coast. Two juicy chicken tenders with honey BBQ dipping sauce share a platter with the steak.
