Stephen Ramey Joins Finance & Restructuring Practice at Faegre Baker Daniels

August 20, 2014 // Franchising.com // Indianapolis, 96th Street - Stephen T. Ramey has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate in the finance and restructuring group. He will practice from the law firm's 96th Street office.

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Ramey was an associate at McNeely Stephenson Thopy & Harrold in Shelbyville. Previously, he served as a law clerk with the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Attorney General's Civil Litigation Division, Tippecanoe County Superior Court and Indiana Secretary of State's Securities Division.

Ramey also was a part-time volunteer attorney with the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic in Indianapolis. He graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 2013 after earning his bachelor's degree in business management from Purdue University in 2008.

Before law school, Ramey was a registered representative with Charles Schwab and Company from 2008-10.
