FaegreBD Adds Four Former Judicial Clerks as Associates in Minneapolis

September 17, 2014 // Franchising.com // Minneapolis - Adam Hoskins, Cicely Miltich, Staci Perdue and Emily Pulchaski have joined the Minneapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels as associates following judicial clerkships in federal court or the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Adam Hoskins joins FaegreBD's business litigation team. From 2012-14, he clerked for Judge David S. Doty in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Hoskins earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2012 and a bachelor's degree in English from Truman State University in 2008.

Cicely Miltich will practice with the business litigation group. From 2012-14, she clerked for Judge John R. Tunheim in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Miltich clerked for Chief Justice Lorie S. Gildea in the Minnesota Supreme Court from 2011-12. She earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2011 and a bachelor's degree in political science/international relations and geology from Carleton College in 2008.

Staci Perdue joins the business litigation team after clerking for Chief Justice Lorie S. Gildea in the Minnesota Supreme Court from 2013-14. She received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013 and a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Minnesota in 2010.

Emily Puchalski will practice with FaegreBD's intellectual property team, focusing on patent litigation. She clerked for Judge Steven E. Rau in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota from 2013-14. Puchalski received her law degree with an IP concentration from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013 and a bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular biology and psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010.
