Former NFL Player Sidney Rice Opens New Wingstop Location in Renton

September 19, 2014 // Franchising.com // DALLAS – Wingstop has landed a new location in the Seattle area with Sidney Rice, former Seattle Seahawks wide receiver, taking the reins. The award-winning wing concept, with more than 670 locations, recently opened its newest restaurant at 804 N. Landing Way, Ste. A.
This location will host a Take 5 event and Wing Eating Contest on Sunday, Sept. 21 from 12 to 6 p.m. Every Guest will receive five free wings and may even spot a local NFL player or two.
This is the sixth location for "The Wing Experts" in the state of Washington, and will operate under the leadership of District Manager, Gregory Southern II.

With a sole focus on cooked-to-order chicken, the Wingstop menu features traditional and boneless wings as well as strips all sauced and tossed in 11 original flavors including fan favorites Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Original Hot. Sides are made fresh daily including hand-cut seasoned fries, made from #1 Idaho potatoes.
