Five Star Painting Franchises Seeking Worthy Causes to Assist

Locations Nationwide Ready to Serve

September 24, 2014 // Franchising.com // SPANISH FORK, Utah - Five Star Painting is commemorating its 10-year anniversary by announcing a call to action for their 89 franchises across the U.S. and Canada to participate in Five Star Cares. Through its Five Star Cares initiative, franchises are challenged to seek out worthy causes in their communities and do what they do best-transform lives and enhance beauty through the use of color. To find out how to get involved, visit www.fivestarpainting.com/cares/.

The corporate headquarters in Spanish Fork, Utah, will participate in the Five Star Cares National Day of Paint on September 27, 2014, by partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Utah County to help restore the George Taylor Jr. House, a nationally recognized historic landmark, by providing interior baseboard painting to bring the house up to safety standards while restoring its historic integrity.

This 1,800 square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2-bath house will be a welcome upgrade for the Blair family, who will move in once renovations are complete. This family of 7, with children ranging from ages 3 to 13, currently lives in an 800-square-foot, 2-bedroom duplex. Fortunately, their situation is about to improve-big time!

"Five Star Painting incorporates the values of quality, affordability, expertise, and integrity in every project we undertake," said Scott Abbott, CEO of Five Star Painting. "Our company has provided opportunities for entrepreneurs to launch successful businesses capable of transforming the communities they serve."
