In his new position, Carpenito will lead the company's continued expansion initiatives in the U.S. and Canada with more than 600 new territories planned over the next two years. Carpenito has a proven track record in the franchise space, most recently serving as VP of Business Development for AdvantaClean Systems, Inc., where he started his career as a college graduate and quickly moved up the ladder by creating the company's first franchise development department. In less than four years, Carpenito spearheaded the initial development of the AdvantaClean's first 135 franchise territories and grew the three-unit brand into a national franchise. During his eight-year tenure, Carpenito implemented marketing initiatives that accounted for 30 percent of the company's annual system-wide sales, launched a campaign that accelerated franchisee's ramp up time, and was instrumental in developing and rolling out an integrated internet lead generation system for franchisees.
