This is the first hotel for the brand in Florida and represents the brand's expansion into 16 states since its first hotel opened in 2011. The hotel is owned by R.A. & R.E. Inc.

The hotel is also conveniently located near area shopping and dining. Many Miami attractions are all just a short drive from the hotel.
