Owners Bo Chambliss and Bill Stembler are excited to have finally opened their doors to this community. "We are thrilled to bring the unique Mellow Mushroom brand back to the Valdosta community. From the students of the university to the families throughout the area, Mellow Mushroom is a perfect fit for all ages," states Chambliss.

Showcasing high quality ingredients, the menu features a variety of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones and appetizers. Options for vegetarians, vegans, kids, and those on a gluten free plan are also available.

Recognized as a unique, one of a kind brand, with the same core menu, this Mellow’s cinematically inspired art work is rooted in the owners’ interest in the film industry. Filled with superhero inspired artwork, this location carries on their spectacular tradition in blockbuster style.
