Felita Clark Launches New Caring Transitions Franchise in Raleigh

Caring Transitions, America's largest resource specializing in managing senior relocations, downsizing and estate liquidations, to serve Raleigh.

Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) October 07, 2014 - When Felita Clark's father died, she and her family were faced with helping her mother downsize while grieving their loss. That experience, along with her understanding of project management, is what inspired Clark to launch her new business – Caring Transitions of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Caring Transitions is America's largest resource specializing in managing senior relocations, downsizing and estate liquidations. In addition to the organizing, packing and move oversight, Caring Transitions can handle on-site and online estate sales, liquidations, and preparing homes for market. Caring Transitions of Raleigh serves Raleigh, Durham, Cary and Wake Forest.

"I've experienced the type of situation many of my clients are facing when, two years ago, my father passed away. My mom lived more than two hours away and we had to plan the funeral, declutter the house, rent a storage unit, get everything organized, and sell the house. We had that storage unit for more than two years. If I had known a service like Caring Transitions existed, I would've called," Clark said.

Before opening Caring Transitions, Clark worked in finance, manufacturing and engineering with an emphasis on project management for more than 15 years. She opened Caring Transitions when she found herself burned out on the daily grind.

"I have a real passion for working with seniors and a love for project management. With my background and my personal experience, Caring Transitions was a perfect fit," Clark said. "My team and I will make sure we do everything we can to make sure our clients are as comfortable and well taken care of. This is not just a job and it needs to be done right."

In addition to the physical services Caring Transitions provides, each Caring Transitions franchisee is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist, a designation bestowed by an independent organization that evaluates providers of senior relocation services. They are trained, bonded and insured. This new franchise will bring several new jobs to the area as the business grows.

Founded in 2006, Caring Transitions has been a trusted and highly respected national company leading the way in senior relocation, household liquidations and estate sale management in more than 150 locations across the United States. Caring Transitions is part of the International Franchise Association, the Small Business Association's Franchise Registry, VetFran and Minority Fran.

When she's not working, Clark enjoys spending time with her husband Ed and their 5-year-old son Evan. She also loves playing tennis.
