8 New Franchises Set to Open in the U.S.

October 23, 2014 // Franchising.com // WACO, Texas - Aire Serv, a leading HVAC Repair and Maintenance Franchise, announced the purchase of eight new franchise locations in the 3rd quarter of 2014. Year to date, Aire Serv has welcomed the addition of 19 new franchise locations.

"Many people get into their own HVAC business because they are good at heating and air conditioning work. We help them take that business to the next level by helping them with the business side of their company. Ultimately, it's about helping people achieve their personal and professional goals," said Doyle James, President of Aire Serv. "We are very pleased that we have the opportunity to do that for eight more franchisees."

Aire Serv welcomes the following new franchise owners:

• Edmund and Catherine Krammer, Mentor, Ohio, USAF Veteran*
• Donovan and Shannon White, Abilene, Texas
• Matthew Gelpin, Birmingham, Alabama
• Robert Cape, Doniphan, Missouri
• David Paddock, Maryville, Illinois
• Mohammad Shehzad, Katy, Texas
• Leonard O'Connor, Springfield, Oregon
• Manuel Armenta, Tucson, Arizona

In addition to these new franchise locations, Aire Serv of Katy, Texas increased their service area by purchasing additional territory. This will bring the services of Aire Serv to more customers in the Katy area. "When a franchisee extends their service territory it speaks to their dedication not only to Aire Serv as a brand, but to their customers as well," said James.

Aire Serv, who regularly sells franchises to Veterans at a discounted cost was ranked this year by Entrepreneur Magazine as a Top Global Franchise and by USA Today as a top franchise for Veterans.
