As a long time Ft. Lauderdale resident, Dr. Winston Chin owns and operates this new All County® location, supporting the company as it expands further into the South Florida region. In addition to 15 years of property management experience, Dr. Chin has also served the community as president of JFK Tutoring, working with the Miami-Dade County Public schools for over 20 years. With this experience, he's able to connect on a person level with every property investor.
