Hurricane Grill & Wings Executive Team Welcomes Mark Bartholomay

New Chief Real Estate Officer To Oversee Site Selection Process

November 03, 2014 // Franchising.com // WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Franchise restaurant Hurricane Grill & Wings, announced today that Mark Bartholomay will be joining the executive team as chief real estate officer to oversee the quickly expanding brand's real estate selection, qualification and development process.

With more than 17 years of extensive growth and development experience, Bartholomay will oversee all real estate matters for all Hurricane Grill & Wings restaurants including site selection, design development, vendor qualification and manage the construction department for corporate and assisting franchisees in these markets to ensure continued success for new locations. Most recently, Mark served as executive vice president of operations at Real Mex Restaurants. Bartholomay also previously worked as Hurricane Grill & Wings chief development officer, where he developed the first system to manage and quantify quality of real estate under consideration. He also established a real estate broker network for the expanding franchise concept. Bartholomay also has experience working with other well-known brands such as Kona Grill Corporation, Famous Dave's of America and Rainforest Cafe.
