This is the seventh location for Brown Bag, which has operated its healthy fast-casual food concept for over 12 years in the District.
The L'Enfant Plaza location is owned by new franchisee, Robert Cunius. Cunius has been working on the project for nearly 6 months and was happy to finally serve Brown Bag's popular "Cuisine On The Fly". "The store is beautiful and has all the concept's latest bells and whistles, including kiosk ordering stations which allow our customers to put an order in rather then wait in line," Cunius said. "The lines have been huge during the first week, but our staff is well trained, and we were ready for the crowds."

As the brand has grown, they have stayed true to their values of using fresh, local and natural ingredients. Brown Bag's new store look, featured at the recently opened 20th Street location, has been used in the newest location, also.
