Vancouver, British Columbia (PRWEB) November 11, 2014 - Fitness on the Go, Canada's largest in-home personal training company has been conducting a survey with willing participants over the last month; online and in person to get a better insight on how fitness can affect a person's life.
To date over 2000 Canadian citizens have taken the survey and they will leave it open until December 31st, 2014. Each participant of the survey receives a $100 gift card to Fitness on the Go – over $200,000 in gift cards have been distributed already.
"We always see the same studies that fitness can help reduce heart disease, or fitness can reduce obesity, by doing this survey we wanted to find other correlations of positives and negatives in a person's life with the addition of fitness." States Jon Campbell, Vice President of Fitness on the Go.
In January of 2015 Fitness on the Go will release its findings.
Fitness on the Go has serviced over 6500 clients to date and is Canada's largest in-home personal training brand with over 100 personal trainers across the country, servicing over 30 cities. Fitness on the Go will not only send a certified in home personal trainer to a client's home to help them get fit, but will work with them to develop a customized fitness plan that will help them reach their goals. No equipment is needed — the only requirements are some floor space, 60 minutes, and a positive attitude. Fitness on the Go operates as a fitness franchise and fitness franchise opportunities are available in select cities in Canada and the US.
