The restaurant is the ninth Pollo Tropical in Texas and is located at 2601 North Tarrant Parkway.
The restaurant's grand opening celebration will be from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on Dec. 12. In March, Pollo Tropical opened its first Texas restaurant in Addison. The company plans to open six more DFW locations next year, including Allen and Lewisville.
