Home2 Suites by Hilton® Opens Sixth Property in Texas

Extended Stay Hotel Brand Debuts in the Heart of College Station, TX

December 02, 2014 // Franchising.com // COLLEGE STATION, Texas, and MCLEAN, Va. – Home2 Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s award-winning mid-tier, all-suite hotel brand designed for modern business travelers and extended stay guests, today announced the opening of its 45th hotel, Home2 Suites by Hilton College Station. This is the sixth property for the brand in Texas, and one of five hotels projected to open in the state this year alone.

The 111-suite hotel is located at 300 South Texas Avenue, just one block away from Texas A&M University. The extended stay hotel is also minutes from historic downtown Bryan, Wolf Pen Creek Park and Amphitheater and numerous stores and restaurants. The principle owner is DBG Investments.
