Screenmobile Services One Millionth Customer

December 04, 2014 // Franchising.com // THOUSAND PALMS, CA – Screenmobile, one of the nation's largest screen repair companies, continues to capitalize on the growing demand for residential screen repairs, having recently serviced its one millionth customer.

"We've been so busy, we didn't even see this milestone coming. After realizing it, I sat back and was so proud of the company and our franchisees," said CEO and co-founder Scott Walker. "Screenmobile exists in the acquisition and retention of very satisfied and loyal customers, who return frequently to our products and services and recommend us to their family and friends. We are excited for the next million."

One of the main reasons for reaching such a milestone so quickly is Screenmobile's unique process.

Typically screen repair is a cumbersome two-step procedure. Removing old screens and then taking them down to a local glass shop or hardware store. If the frame or screen is missing, homeowners can be left unsure of measurements and struggling to figure out installation. Over the past 34 years, however, Screenmobile has solved such issues by measuring, manufacturing and installing new screens – including window, door, porch and patio screens, retractable screens and much more – on site and in one trip.

Costs are the same and even typically cheaper than taking your screens in. In addition, Screenmobile provides stronger frames and fabric than what is normally found at local hardware stores.

Excited for the next million, Screenmobile is looking to expand its national footprint by seeking individuals looking for a home-based franchise business that offers the benefits of a time-proven system, professional training and support, and a low initial investment to put them on the track towards business success. With a franchise fee of $39,500 the total investment to own and operate a Screenmobile franchise is approximately $83,000 -$120,000.

Franchisees are granted exclusive territories that are created geographically by zip codes. The size of each territory will depend on the number of zip codes lumped together to achieve between 50,000 -150,000 household count.

With 90 locations opened and operating in 23 states, the company plans call for adding as many as 24 new locations in 2015.
