The Stapleton studio located at 7349 E. 29th Avenue and the Union Station studio located at 1400 Wewatta St. will both open on Dec. 31. In addition to the Denver locations, a new studio in Boulder located at 1850 29th Street is also celebrating its grand opening this month. With 11 studios now open in the state and several in development, the brand will continue to target the Colorado market for expansion in the New Year.

Area Developers and long time franchisee team, Erik and Wendy Skaalerud and Trent and Paig Peaker are expanding the Denver territory with the Stapleton location, which marks their 14th studio in Colorado.
"The concept sold itself! After taking our first class and meeting the corporate team, we not only wanted one studio but an entire region," said Wendy Skaalerud, one of the four co-owners of the new studio. "The all inclusive nature of the science based work out spoke to the desire we had to positively impact an entire community. We were sold on the integrity of the founding team behind the franchise."
After becoming members at their local Orangetheory Fitness, Rich and Diane Nipert believed so strongly in the concept that they decided to develop their own studios. The duo brings an extensive background in sales, marketing and business management from IBM and a variety of other business ventures. The Union Station studio marks their second location in the Denver market, with their first located in Denver Highlands.
