Bowl of Heaven Signs New Multi-Unit Franchise Deal For Los Angeles County, CA

The delicious açaí bowl brand expands through a franchise deal to include West Hollywood and Santa Monica

December 23, 2014 // Franchising.com // Newport Beach, CA - Bowl of Heaven - the innovative concept which serves up delicious açaí bowls, smoothies and cold pressed juices which feature plant protein and super food ingredients - has announced the signing of a 4-unit franchise deal for parts of Los Angeles County, including West Hollywood and Santa Monica.

Bowl Of Heaven has partnered with Fransmart, the franchise development company responsible for the explosive growth of brands like Five Guys and Qdoba Mexican Grill, to expand through franchising. The brand now has over 50 units in development across CA and NV.

The new franchisee, Felicia Marquez, worked with Fransmart Director of Development Jolly Khabrani on securing her 4-unit deal, and hopes to have the first unit open by in 2015 in either of her two secured cities, followed by a second location shortly after that.

Marquez began her career in the restaurant industry, and was trained in French fine dining service while attending college at California State University of Long Beach. She has worked for top chefs across both French and Italian cuisines, and says she has always had a passion for being able to provide superior dining and service experiences.

Of her decision to partner with Bowl Of Heaven, Marquez said, "I wanted to be involved with a product that would help a body improve and achieve overall goodness.
