With A Quartet Of Surfside Slimdown Salads, Wrap, Lean Chili And Skinny Mojito

HOUSTON - Dec. 29, 2014 // PRNewswire // - Cheeseburger in Paradise is giving New Year's resolutions a delectable start. From January 5 through February 15, 2015, the tropical bar and grill chain will showcase a special Surfside Slimdown menu incorporating lighter fare appetizer and entrée selections plus a skinny cocktail. Highlights include:

Buffalo and Black Bean Chili

House-made chili slowly simmered with real buffalo meat, black beans and a touch of spices. The chili is garnished with shredded cheese and crisp green onions and served in a cup or bowl.

Citrus Pineapple Chicken Wrap

Pulled chicken, fresh lettuce and sweet pineapple salsa rolled into a soft flour tortilla. The wrap is served with citrus vinaigrette and a choice of a side.

Taco Salad

Seasoned beef, chili, Monterrey Jack and cheddar cheeses, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and tortilla strips. The salad is served in a house-baked, crispy tortilla bowl.

Chicken Caesar Salad

Fresh hearts of romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken, Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing.

Buffalo Chicken Salad

Beer-battered chicken with red onions and bleu cheese crumbles tossed in a zesty buffalo sauce.

Malibu Cobb Salad

A tropical twist on a traditional cobb featuring diced egg, smokehouse bacon, fresh pineapple, pulled chicken, ripe tomatoes, shredded cheese and sliced avocado.

Skinny Mojito

A refreshing shake on the classic incorporating Bacardi Limon, Finest Call Lite Syrup, fresh lime juice and mint leaves.
