GRILLiT Adds Franchisee in Tampa, Florida

MIAMI - Jan. 13, 2015 // PRNewswire // - GRILLiT, Inc. (the "Company" or "GRILLiT") (OTC Pink Markets: GRLT) today announced that it has executed a franchise agreement with Mr. Greg Mitchell to establish a GRILLiT restaurant location in Tampa, Florida. The new franchisee is in the process of securing the exact location, which is expected to be in northwest Tampa, in Pasco County, in the Trinity community area.

The Company's CEO, Ghazi Hajj, stated, "We are delighted to add a new franchisee in the State of Florida. I believe he is in an ideal area for our brand of fast-casual, healthy dining. We continue to move ahead with our plans of adding franchisees and master franchisees to our existing network."

The new Tampa franchisee expects to secure the location within a several weeks, with the goal of launching the restaurant in the 3rd quarter of this year.
