The firm is led by real estate speaker, consultant and author Stefan Swanepoel, along with technology and brokerage experts Michael McClure and Jack Miller. Since acquiring United Country Real Estate in 2006, Duffy was the only person to successfully launch two real estate companies during possibly the worst housing crisis in America's history – United Real Estate and United Country Auction Services.
